User Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: August 19, 2026

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of TG Labs digital services, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, security, and record-retention requirements.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to tglabs2020@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line TG Labs Data Deletion Request.
3. Include the phone number or email address you used with TG Labs so we can identify the relevant account or communication records.
4. Do not send passwords, access tokens, OTPs, or unnecessary sensitive information in your request.

What happens next

TG Labs will review the request and may contact you to verify that you are authorized to request deletion. After verification, eligible personal information will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud-prevention, security, accounting, or other legitimate obligations.

Meta or WhatsApp-related data

If your request concerns information received by TG Labs through WhatsApp or Meta services, identify the phone number used for the interaction and state that the request relates to WhatsApp/Meta communications. This helps us locate the relevant TG Labs records.
