IHC - BerEP-4 - (Outlab)
What does IHC - BerEP-4 - (Outlab) measure?
BerEP-4 is an immunohistochemistry (IHC) test that detects the BerEP-4 epithelial cell marker in tissue cells. It may be used to help identify epithelial-origin tumour cells and support differentiation between certain skin and other cancers, such as basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Results are interpreted together with tissue appearance, other marker tests, and clinical findings.
