What does TEL/AML1 (ALL) - (Outlab) measure?
This test detects the TEL/AML1 gene fusion, also known as ETV6-RUNX1, a genetic change that may be present in some cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It may be used to help classify leukemia, provide prognostic information, and support clinical decision-making or disease monitoring when appropriate. Results are interpreted along with blood or bone marrow findings and other clinical information.
