ALLERGY WHEAT ( BY PHADIA)

About test

What does ALLERGY WHEAT ( BY PHADIA) measure?

This test measures allergen-specific IgE antibodies to wheat using the Phadia method. It may be used to help assess whether a person’s immune system is sensitized to wheat when an allergy is suspected based on clinical history. Results should be interpreted alongside symptoms, dietary exposure, and other relevant clinical findings, as sensitization does not always indicate a clinical allergy.
