CA 19.9
What does CA 19.9 measure?
CA 19.9 is a blood test that measures a tumour-associated marker that may be elevated in some cancers of the pancreas, bile ducts, stomach, or colon, as well as certain non-cancerous conditions. It may be used to support assessment of suspected disease, monitor response to treatment, or check for changes over time in people with known cancer. Results should be interpreted with clinical findings and other tests.
